Dialify places phone calls to businesses for you and reports what they said. This page says what we keep to do that, who else handles it, and when it is removed.
Your account
- Your email address and name, used for sign-in, verification codes and service emails.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account email, name and picture. We never see your Google password.
- The campaign tag on the link you followed when you signed up, if it had one.
- What you write to us on the feedback page, with the page you were on.
- Which agents you connected and what you allowed them to do. You can end a connection at any time from the app that holds it.
- Your credit purchases and how each call was charged. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
Your calls
- The plan you approved: the business and its number, the goal, what the agent may say and agree to, and the words you used to confirm it.
- What happened: when the call was placed, how long it lasted, whether a person answered, the outcome and what it cost.
- What was said: the transcript, a short summary, and the details the business stated.
What was said is removed 30 days after the call. The plan and the record of the call stay with your account, so your history and your bill still add up.
We do not keep call audio. The voice provider that carries the call holds its own copy of the call, including a recording, for one day and then deletes it.
The businesses we call
Every call opens by saying who it is calling for, that it is an AI assistant, and that the line is recorded. We call business lines only, in working hours. If a business asks not to be called again, we stop: its number goes on a list that no account can call, and it stays there.
Who else handles it
- UpCloud hosts our servers and our database, in Finland.
- Retell AI runs the voice agent and places the call on the phone network through its carrier, Twilio. It receives the plan you approved and the number to call, and produces the transcript.
- Telnyx tells us whether a number is a landline, a mobile or an internet line. It receives the number and nothing else.
- Stripe takes payments for credits.
- Resend delivers our emails. It receives your email address and the message.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Retell AI, Twilio, Telnyx, Stripe, Resend and Google are based in the United States, so what they handle may be processed there.
We do not sell your data or use it to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and measurement
The app uses one first-party, httpOnly session cookie for sign-in. We measure how the site and the product are used, and catch errors, with Vinktar, our own analytics product running on our own servers. It keeps a random device id in your browser's storage and does not start when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
What we record about a call for this purpose is how it went: its length, its outcome and its cost. Never who was called or what was said.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. Write to support@dialify.io from the address on the account.
If you work at a business we called and want the record of that call, or want your number never called again, write to the same address.
